Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking
Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. Check your inbox for the tracking link, or contact us with your order number if you can't find it.
Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the UK, your country may apply import duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Delays
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are out of our hands. Most parcels arrive within the windows above, but customs clearance or carrier backlogs can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't moved for 7+ business days, email us and we'll investigate.
Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we can't guarantee a correction before dispatch.
