Shipping

Where do you ship?

Right now, the United Kingdom, Italy, the rest of the European Union, and select international destinations. Free tracked delivery on every UK and Italian order.

How long does delivery take?

UK: 3-5 business days. Italy: 5-10 business days. Rest of EU: 5-10 business days. International (US, CA, AU, etc.): 10-15 business days. Every order includes end-to-end tracking.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?

14 days from delivery, no questions. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was damaged or wrong.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we issue a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We buy directly from manufacturers and tested suppliers. Every product is checked before it's listed.

Do you offer a warranty?

All products carry a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
