Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@nesvora.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back at your own cost (we recommend a tracked service).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Used items or items with missing parts not due to our error

Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3-10 business days to display the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this, the order is processed by our fulfilment partner and cannot be cancelled but can be returned once received.
